The City of Lincoln is currently seeking to fill the part-time position of Library Assistant.
The applicant must be skilled in Microsoft Office, possess excellent oral and written skills, have a general working knowledge of technology, including audio-visual equipment and an ability to learn and master library science. Learning daily tasks is also required as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push a book cart. The position will require weekend, holiday and after hours work.
The applicant should also have an ability to develop a good rapport with the public, including children.
